Appointed a Managing Consultant, Katherine brings extensive experience in procurement and value generation across the UK, Australia and New Zealand. She transfers from the Melbourne office of ArcBlue’s parent company, Bain & Company, where she played a key role in procurement strategy development, cost optimisation, and supplier management.

In her new role at ArcBlue, Katherine will collaborate with clients to drive procurement excellence, helping organisations unlock efficiencies and create long-term value. Her expertise spans procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, and digital-led innovation.
