KCOM has been appointed to a new procurement framework, enabling it to bid for millions of pounds-worth of public sector contracts. The connectivity provider has been appointment to YPO’s 1229 Framework for Connectivity and Telecommunications Services. It follows a year of growth in KCOM’s business team, which already partners with major organizations’ across local government, health, education, social and emergency services.

Jan Collins, KCOM Enterprise managing director, said: “We’re proud to provide vital infrastructure and managed services to support public sector organizations deliver for their communities. “By working with YPO through this framework, we’re able to facilitate even more effective procurement of these services, with all the benefits that brings for value, quality and experience.”

It provides more than 22,000 products and 100 compliant frameworks to customers across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and exists to help the public sector achieve the best possible value when buying products and services.
